Engine #1 is configured with a rear engine and rear pump making it extremely quite in the crew compartment. This engine also has a curb side pump panel which allows the pump operator to work on the safe side of the apparatus on major highways. The engine carries 1000' of 5" LDH and a full compliment of LDH appliances and fittings.

Engine #1 has a permanently mounted 1000GPM deck gun for large bore fire operations. It is fitted with (2) 1 3/4" pre-connects and (1) 2 1/2" pre-connect.
The crew compartment houses (1) ISI Thermal Imaging Camera with spare batteries, (2) Water Cans, (2) Iron sets, (5) SCBA seats, and a multitude of equipment and supplies.
