2006 Firefighter of the Year - Lieutenant Betsy Wilson receives her award from
Chief Jamie Carter. Betsy is the first Female Recipient for Firefighter of the Year from the St. Johnsville Fire Department as well as the first female in Montgomery County to receive this award.
